aku tau pasai akar siti fatimah ni from Lieya Latif. ehhh minah tu time dia preggy, info2 baru sure aku pun tau gak. hehehe

so, bila tau fr lieya pasai akar siti fatimah ni, aku tanya le mak aku, buleh mak aku jawab "haaa, time pi Mekah dulu, memang le nampak ramai org beli, tapi mama x beli coz x tau apa function dia". oh my motherrrrr..... why u dun ask? cuba kepochi skit mcm anakanda ni. x ke senang idup?

then, lieya dgn bermurah hati bg aku sepokok.
so start semlm, aku dh start rendam this akar, actually ori size dia time x kembang besar penumbuk baby je. aku terlupa nk snap pic b4 kembang. punya la excited nk rendam & nk tgk dia kembang ke x kan??


from website2 yg aku bc, kena rendam guna air masak. so gagah le aku pi masak air satu kettle. pastu sejukkan dulu, baru rendam. jgn le pi tuang time air tu mendidih2 pulak. x pasai2 mati pulak akar tu.

rendam dlm bekas ni je. pastu letak dlm bilik air siap2.

nampak dh kembang tu?

terus aku cuak. x kan aku dh dekat nk bersalin kot?

because from apa yg aku baca, akar siti fatimah ni related dgn kita, if makin kembang, makin dekat le nk deliver.
& since akar ni only buleh dpt from Mekah, so aku tawakal & cuba apa yg org advise; which is mandi dgn air dia.
So that time deliver nanti dipermudahkan... aminnnnn.....

@ 7 months ++ / 34 weeks

Alhamdulillah,
last saturday we went for my 34 weeks check up. from the scan dh nampak, kepala baby dh cover the laluan and placenta dh move ketepi. altho the placenta x naik atas terus, but still ok, from dia turun bawah kan?

so, InsyaAllah if everything is ok, i can deliver normal. so far, aku dh gained 8kg. :)

aku dh appy leave start 15 Aug 11. x kisah le time tu lambat lg ke, apa yg penting, aku x berani nk drive sorang2 pi kerja dh.
now pun hari2 baby dok mengeras or in bahasa scientificnya "braxton hicks" dh kerap rasa.

bb shah dh 2kg.

my kaki dh start bengkak.

hospital bag - ready!!!

ok, since i am already approaching 34 weeks. aku dh slowly pack hospital bag for me and the baby.
beg hardy & daddy dia, nanti2 la.


hospital beg aku mcm nk balik kg. coz rs cam penting je semua nk bwk.

semangat weihhhh... siap plan nk bwk spectra 3 aku sekali dlm backpack tu. & beg baju mickey & minnie tu brg2 for aku & baby. bag ngalahkan budak sekolah rendah kan? hellooo hirda oi, hg tu dh nk masuk 2 anak pun. takpe, mak still hati muda. :)

ni antara brg2. belah kiri brg2 baby, belah kanan brg2 aku x termasuk kain baju lg.

for baby:
1) swadle
2) napkin (recycle hardy punya dulu)
3) socks kemetot for newborn
4) baby's hat
5) mittens
6) botol susu with MAM's nipple (tukar siap2 kot2 aku x leh bfeed ke, x de susu ke time tu)
7) pacifier/puting
8) 2 helai rompers
9) 2 helai pyjamas
10) 2 helai diapers for newborn (ko ingat spital x kasi diapers???)


For mom
1) socks
2) nursing bra ; panties
3) nursing pads
4) pad (amik ko bwk terus satu pack)
5) maternity belt
6) socks
7) toiletries
8) medela nipple cream
9) baju2, seluar2 & kain batik (isk ayunyaaaa)
10) breastpump

last but not least, my 33 weeks belly!!!

Assalamualaikum!!! (dh bunyik cam aku kecik2 balik sekolah bg salam je). heheheh

apsal le aku makin malas nk update blog ni wei??? isk isk.. jgn le lekat kat bb dlm perut ni penyakit malas ni.

update for 7 months pregnancy.
i have a not-a-very-good-news here. masa 30 weeks checkup doc notice that i have marginal placenta previa. apa tuh???
placenta tu berlumba2 nk turun bwh dgn baby. now placenta tu kat tepi kepala baby. nk paham lg tgk le pic kat bwh ni.

but good news is, baby dh pusing kebwh. now doc just advise, jgn berdiri lama2, jgn angkat benda berat & avoid bleeding. if bleeding, terus kena admitted sampai deliver. *gulp!!... nauzubillah... dh le byk benda x prepare lg ni.
so far alhamdulillah. x de bleeding. cuma hari2 doa so that placenta tu naik atas balik & x cover the cervix. i am trying my best to deliver normal.

at the same time, berat aku x naik2 tapi baby dh 1.6kg. normal for 30 weeks baby. total weight gained 6kg for the past 7 months.
cuba le time aku x preggy jadi camni. telan le byk mana pun maintainnnn je berat. isk isk...

dlm2 doc pesan, kurangkan berjalan, byk berehat, bla bla bla.... aku still pi Disney Junior launching on 2nd July 2011. held at Bukit Kiara Equestrian Club. seperti biasa, mak kan rajin mengejoint contest2 astrolife ni. so we r one of the lucky winner. byk activities yg dia buat. tapi gila weihhhh.. start pkl 1.30pm kat tgh2 padang tu. panas gila. so kami buat activities2 tu semua pun cepat2 je.

baru sampai. pose tayang perut by mama & pose tonggek by hardy. hahaha

sapa tu? uihhh feeling2 artist aku & hardy. mcm paparazi je snap pic ni.
