recipe murtabak roti

ni recipe dia ye mommies...
kalu x sedap jgn marah k? coz for me.. i likeee ;)

bahan2

a) inti daging
~ bwg merah, bwg putih, halia (blend sekali)
~ daging/ayam cincang (leh beli siap dah kat tesco)
~ 1 biji bwg besar (di cincang)
~ jintan (ditumbuk halus)
~ lada hitam (yg bijik2 tu, bukan serbuk) (ditulbuk halus)
~ kunyit
~ garam
~ gula
~ ajinomoto (not necessary)
~ minyak for menumis.
~ air

b) kulit
~ biskut cream crakers 4 segi. (seelok2nya beli yg timbang kat kedai runcit je. coz kurang skit rasa lemak dia)
~ marjerin/butter
~ telur

cara2
1) panaskan minyak. tumis bwg besar yg dh dicincang sampai masak sikit.
2) masukkan bwg merah, bwg putih & halia yg dh di blend sekali.
3) masukkan daging/ayam cincang.
4) masukkan jintan & black pepper yg dh ditumbuk tu.
5) masukkan air (sikit)
6) biar mereneh (make sure daging/ayambetul2 masak)
7) masukkan kunyit, garam, gula, ajinomoto (secukup rasa)
8) masak sampai daging kering sikit (mcm masak inti karipap le kiranya)
9) angkat

10) sediakan tray nk bakar
11) sapu dgn marjerin or butter. so that nanti dh masak x melekat.
12) rendam biskut cream crackers tu dlm air skit. make sure biskut tu kembang sikit. sikit je tau. jgn kembang sampai lembek gila tu.
13) susun biskut cream cracker yg dh kembang skit tu dlm tray (make sure cover semua bahagian bwh tray)
14) pecahkan telur. pukul. campurkan inti tadi skit dlm telur. (lagi byk lagi sedap)
telur ikut byk mana inti or besar mana tray tu. mcm tray bulat yg aku buat tu, aku guna 4 biji telur.
15) tuang bancuhan telur & inti tadi kat atas layer cream crackers tu. ratakan inti tu so that semua area dlm tray tu ada le inti.
16) ulang step (12), (13) & (15). hirda letak 3 layer inti.
17) last sekali, step (12) & (13).
18) sapu marjerin/butter atas layer biskut yg atas sekali.
19) bakar dlm oven in 200'c sampai nampak layer biskut atas tu dh rapuh/coklat2.
20) angkat, sejukkan.. MAKAN!!

note - murtabak roti ni moist skit. dh mcm bread pudding skit2. pasal sukatan pulak, seriously aku x pernah sukat byk mana bahan2 nak letak, aku hentam je letak bahan2 tu. he he he...

agak2 korang leh paham x instruction aku kasi ni? kalu x, tanya lagi k? im willing to help .
so..selamat mencuba ye semua... :)

boleh try nie...1st time nengok murtabak biskut....kalu guna roti, roti pun kasi rendam ker hirda.........ke tak payah...
nampak best ler hirda murtabak nie....

zana ~ kalu roti x pernah lak try zana. rasanya x yah rendam le kot coz sure will kembang after tuang telur atas dia.

rajin gak ngko ni ek masak memasak.. seriously aku ni memang tak pernah masak.. banyak step plak tu..

tapi aku ucapkan terima kasih gak la sebab sudi share resepi tu.. nanti ada masa aku try ek.. aku bukan apa, bab masak memasak ni keras tangan ler.. tak beseni langsung.. heheheh..
